Monitoring & support

24/7 monitoring of onboard networks and services to prevent disruptions and ensure operational continuity.

Knowing what's happening, before it becomes a problem

Seafy brings the status of monitored digital systems and services into a single view. 24/7 operational monitoring detects alerts, analyzes anomalies and activates specialized support based on up-to-date data.

Availability, performance and incidents can be tracked vessel by vessel and compared across the entire fleet, reducing the time needed to identify critical issues and initiate the appropriate response.

The problem surfaces when the service is already disrupted.

When every ship and every system is monitored separately, tracking down the source of a problem takes time. Anomalies often surface only after the crew or passengers report them, when the disruption is already under way.

Across a fleet, this lack of visibility makes it even harder to tell a local problem from an infrastructure-wide one, and slows down diagnosis, prioritization and action.

  • Problems detected late: the disruption comes before the diagnosis.
  • Fragmented data: performance and anomalies aren't visible together.
  • Slower diagnosis: finding the cause takes more steps.

From data to action

A centralized dashboard, automated alerts and remote diagnostics allow Seafy to monitor system status vessel by vessel and across the entire fleet. When an anomaly is detected, the team assesses its impact and urgency, assigns the appropriate SLA priority and coordinates the response.

Support starts remotely and, when physical intervention is required, continues with crew assistance or an onboard technical intervention. Incidents and actions are recorded in a shared history, helping identify recurring issues and improve thresholds, configurations and procedures across the rest of the fleet.

More control over the fleet

Continuous monitoring and access to up-to-date data enable operators to respond to issues faster while reducing the operational workload on the crew. Support starts with the information already available, involving onboard personnel only when necessary.

Reports on system availability, incidents and SLA performance make it easier to compare results vessel by vessel and provide actionable data to plan interventions and improvements across the entire fleet.
