Wayfinding
An interactive onboard map with real-time position: guidance to cabin, restaurants and services.
The digital map that simplifies ship management
Wayfinding creates a digital representation of the vessel with dedicated views for passengers and crew. The map can be centrally updated and makes it easier to locate cabins, onboard services, operational areas and technical assets.
Through the Seafy portal, passengers access a simplified view to navigate the vessel and discover onboard services. Crew members have access to a more detailed map of operational and technical areas, helping them quickly locate spaces, equipment and intervention points.

When finding your way is hard, the whole ship loses efficiency.
Onboard a vessel, every request for directions takes time away from reception and crew while making the passenger experience less intuitive. Cabins, restaurants, shops and other services can be difficult to locate, especially for passengers unfamiliar with the vessel’s layout.
For crew members, quickly locating technical areas, access points and other assets can also take valuable time, slowing down diagnostics and interventions.
- More requests, less time for operations: reception and crew spend time providing the same directions repeatedly.
- Lower visibility of onboard services: bars, restaurants, shops and activities can be difficult to find.
- Hard-to-locate assets: searching for technical areas and equipment can slow down diagnostics and interventions.
Passengers and crew. Two dedicated views.
The passenger view, Find My Cabin, makes it easier to locate cabins and onboard services. Through the portal, passengers select their destination and view the route, distance and available information about restaurants, bars, shops, reception and other points of interest.
The crew view also maps the engine room, technical spaces, storage areas, restricted areas, access points and other onboard assets. Each element is linked to its exact location on the map, helping crew quickly identify and reach the right area when needed.
Both experiences use the same digital map, while displaying only the information relevant to each user’s role.

More efficiency, fewer interruptions
Wayfinding improves fleet operations by reducing direction requests, speeding up technical work and making onboard services more accessible to passengers. The same digital infrastructure supports both operational activities and the travel experience, helping improve crew efficiency and get more value from the ship's commercial offer.
The result is simpler management, shorter operational times and greater discovery of onboard services.
